1. Service
Postlane provides browser-based software for organizing drafts, calendars, approvals, analytics, and connected-account publishing. Access is provided under the subscription selected by the customer. Features and limits are determined by the plan shown at the time of purchase.
2. Billing and renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD. Billed monthly. Renews automatically until cancelled. Your subscription renews automatically every month. Cancel anytime in your account settings — no cancellation fee. Trial terms are displayed before checkout.
3. Acceptable Use
Postlane is for managing your own accounts. No bots, no bought followers, no spam. You may not use the service to automate unauthorized activity, purchase artificial audience signals, distribute unsolicited spam, or interfere with platform systems. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to your account and for safeguarding access credentials. You are responsible for obtaining the permissions required to manage any connected social account and for reviewing scheduled content before it is published.
5. Content and platform changes
You retain rights in content you submit. Postlane does not guarantee that a third-party platform will preserve an API, feature, format, or publishing behavior. Platform changes may affect connected workflows and supported capabilities.
6. Refunds
We offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. See the Refund Policy for the process and additional details.
7. Disclaimers and changes
The service is provided as a software tool and does not guarantee audience growth, engagement, virality, or any particular business result. We may update these terms when necessary and will publish the latest version on this page.
