Which platforms are supported?
The plans support different numbers of platform types. Postlane is intended for major modern social publishing surfaces, with exact availability depending on plan and the connected account. The site does not use third-party platform logos.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Free for 14 days. No credit card required. Nothing is charged during the trial. At the end of the trial, the selected monthly subscription can continue according to the plan terms shown at checkout.
How do I get access after purchase?

Does it work offline?
Drafts can be prepared offline where your browser supports local work, but publishing and connected-account actions require an internet connection.
Which browsers and devices?
Postlane is designed for current versions of modern desktop and mobile browsers. A responsive layout supports screens below 640px as well as larger desktop displays.
What's the difference between the four plans?
Alley includes 3 profiles and 30 scheduled posts per month. Block includes 10 profiles and unlimited scheduling. District includes 30 profiles, bulk upload, benchmarks, and three-step approvals. Citywide includes unlimited profiles, multi-brand workspaces, a brand voice library, and a client portal.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Plan changes can be handled through the subscription account. When a change is made, the subscription amount is adjusted on a prorated basis according to the applicable billing terms.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel with one action in your account settings, with no cancellation fee. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Will Postlane grow my followers?
Postlane does not promise follower growth, guaranteed engagement, or virality. The tools help you publish efficiently, organize approvals, and analyze engagement activity.
What's your policy on bots?
Postlane is for managing your own accounts. No bots, no bought followers, no spam. Accounts that violate this Acceptable Use rule may be suspended.
What does the AI caption tool do?
The AI caption tool creates draft copy based on the context and voice you provide. You can edit the draft, replace it, or discard it before anything is scheduled.
Can clients approve posts?
District includes a three-step approval flow. Citywide adds unlimited approvals and a client portal for review workflows.
What are team seats?
District includes 5 seats. Citywide includes 15 seats. A seat is a team member who can participate in the workspace according to the plan's permissions.
