Last updated: May 1, 2025
1. License grant
Subject to payment and these terms, Postlane grants the subscriber a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software during the active subscription period for the license type stated by the selected plan.
2. Authorized use
Use must remain within the profiles, seats, scheduling, AI-caption, approval, and workspace limits of the selected plan. Commercial and agency rights are determined by the plan's license description.
3. Prohibited use
Postlane is for managing your own accounts. No bots, no bought followers, no spam. You may not reverse engineer the service, bypass plan limits, interfere with security controls, or use the software to facilitate unauthorized access.
4. Customer content
The customer remains responsible for content, permissions, trademarks, and other rights associated with material entered into the service. The software does not transfer ownership of customer content to Postlane.
5. AI features
AI caption assistance provides editable drafts. Customers remain responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving generated text before publication. No AI output is represented as guaranteed to be accurate, compliant, or suitable for every audience.
6. Termination
The license ends when the subscription ends or when the account is terminated under these terms. Upon termination, the customer must stop using the service and any protected software materials.
7. Support and changes
Support levels are described by plan. Product functionality may evolve as browser, platform, security, or operational requirements change. Material legal terms are governed by the current published agreement.
